Appointments are released every Monday for the upcoming week and book quickly.


If no appointments are available, that means all current spots have been filled. More will be released the following Monday.

Appointment Types

We offer different appointment types based on what you’re bringing:


• Regular Seller Appointment (clothing, shoes, toys and small items)

(Includes 1 tote + up to 3 large items)


• Small Drop (10 items or less with no large items)


• Large Items: Equipment or oversized items only (up to 3 items)

Bring your items to your scheduled appointment to leave them for review.


Each appointment type has specific limits:


• Regular Seller: 1 tote (18-gallon) + up to 3 large items

• Small Drop: Up to 10 items (no large items)

• Large Items: Equipment or oversized items only (up to 3 items)


Please bring only what fits your selected appointment type so we can keep the process running smoothly.

We review items based on condition, brand, and current store needs.


Processing time may take up to one week, depending on volume.


You’ll be notified when your offer is ready.


Items we pass on can be picked up or donated.



Sell-Ready Checklist

👉 Items that meet these guidelines are more likely to be accepted and receive the best offer.

👉Checking our current store needs list before booking is highly recommended.


Clothing:

  • Sizes: Preemie through size 10 (up to large 10/12)
  • Clean, freshly washed, and free of stains, tears, excessive wear, pet hair and odors.
  • All buttons, snaps, zippers, and Velcro fastened and in working condition
  • Free of lint and debris
  • Sets and pieces kept together 

👉 If too many items do not meet these standards, we may stop reviewing the tote.



Shoes:

  • Sizes: Newborn through youth size 4
  • Clean on both top and bottom
  • Laces tied, buckles fastened, Velcro secured
  • minimal wear and in good overall condition



Toys & Gear:

  • Clean and fully assembled
  • No missing pieces
  • Batteries included (if needed to test functionality)
  • In safe, working condition

For safety and store standards, we do not accept the following items:


  • Car seats 
  • Full-size cribs 
  • Crib bumpers
  • Breast pumps
  • Used socks 
  • Baby food or Formula
  • Recalled items
  • Items that are stained, ripped, dirty, or not in sellable condition

Donation Partners

Items we do not select can be donated to our local and global partners, including:


Brooklake Church Clothing & Furniture Bank, JBLM, and Shape Liberia – All God’s Children School.


We also offer free items to the community on the first Friday of each month.


These partnerships allow items to continue serving families both locally and around the world.


Seller Agreement & Trade Terms

By Selling to Heaven Sent Children's Resale, You agree to the following

  • Please allow up to 7 days for items to be reviewed
  • Items are left at your own risk
  • Ownership of accepted items transfers once you are notified
  • Unaccepted items must be picked up within 7 days or may be donated/discarded
  • Offers not responded to within 24 hours may be automatically accepted on your behalf
  • Cash must be picked up within 7 days or converts to store credit
  • Sellers confirm items are authentic, not recalled, and legally owned
  • Payouts are based on item condition and resale value
